URWAH VOCATIONAL SCHOOL (Borabanda)

It has been observed that due to poverty and lack of economic awareness, Muslim parents force their children to work at a young age to supplement their family income. A study indicated that there is a large number of girls who are deprived of modern as well as Islamic education. With a view to help such girls/ women, the Trust in October 2007 set up Urwah vocational school at Karmika Nagar which later shifted to Borabanda, Hyderabad. Alhumdulillah, for the last twelve years, this school is actively engaged in providing training in various job oriented courses.

Hundreds of poor women got benefitted from this initiative of the Trust. Presently, the Trust is planning to re-design these courses and re-start it in new premises.
