Financial Requirements:
The Trust has kept the fee structure low in order to encourage Poor Muslim parents to educate their children. With this low fee structure, the Trust cannot meet its financial requirements. Hence, the Trust is forced to collect Zakath and donations to mitigate its financial challenges. With the help of the following statement, we can see the difference between income and expenditure of the Trust for the financial year 2024-25:
Year | Income by fees | Expenditure | Deficit |
2024-25 | 1,95,00,000/- | 2,30,00,000/- | 35,00,000/- |
Future Plan:
- For the last 22 years, Urwah High School, Rahmathnagar, Yousufguda is working in a rented building. The owners of the building are interested in selling it out. If some generous brothers/sisters purchase this building and donate it to the Trust, it will ensure the continuity of this school as well as it will reduce the financial burden of the Trust. It is estimated that an amount of Rs. 1.8 crore would be required to purchase the building
Adopt a Child:
The status of Indian Muslims on literacy count is rather appalling with the highest number of illiterate population in the country. The obvious reason for this state of affairs is acute poverty in certain sections of Muslim community. Urwah Educational Trust is a platform for such conscious Muslim brothers & sisters who want to bring a change in their community. You can make a difference in the life of children with no financial means by adopting them. Your adoption will cost you 18,000/- per annum which you can pay in installments. For some of us it might be the cost of a small holiday or event but for a child it can make the difference of a life.
